Advisory Council
The Council's experts provide information, advice and direction on animal welfare issues, and recommends appropriate courses of action. The Council works directly with both Yum! Brands senior managers as well as suppliers within the system. Our Council consists of:

In addition to these council members, several Yum! Brands executives and other employees participate regularly on animal welfare initiatives. These include:

Along with Steve Penava, Senior Director of Purchasing from the Unified Foodservice Purchasing Co-op, the organization responsible for purchasing food for all companies under the Yum! umbrella.
